Wir üben auf einem kleinen See. Der Trainer sagt: 'Bleibt ruhig und bewegt das Paddel gleichmäßig.' Ich versuche, das Kanu gerade zu halten. Es ist nicht leicht, aber ich mache Fortschritte.

We practice on a small lake. The instructor says, 'Stay calm and move the paddle evenly.' I try to keep the canoe straight. It's not easy, but I am making progress.
