Heute ist der erste Tag für Jun bei der App-Firma 'Pünktlich' in München. Er ist sehr nervös, weil er neu in der Stadt ist und auch neu in der Firma. Katrin Vogel, die Gründerin, begrüßt ihn freundlich. Sie zeigt ihm das Büro und stellt ihm die Kollegen vor. 'Das ist Deniz, unser Entwickler', sagt sie. Deniz nickt kurz und arbeitet weiter an seinem Computer.

Today is Jun's first day at the app company 'Pünktlich' in Munich. He is very nervous because he is new to the city and also new to the company. Katrin Vogel, the founder, welcomes him warmly. She shows him the office and introduces him to the colleagues. 'This is Deniz, our developer,' she says. Deniz nods briefly and continues working on his computer.

Im Büro ist viel los. Die Mitarbeiter telefonieren, tippen auf ihren Laptops und trinken Kaffee. Jun fällt auf, dass einige der Tische unaufgeräumt sind. 'Hier ist es immer so chaotisch', erklärt Katrin lachend. 'Aber das ist Teil unseres kreativen Prozesses.' Jun ist sich nicht sicher, ob er das chaotische Arbeitsumfeld mag, aber er will positiv denken.

The office is bustling with activity. Employees are on the phone, typing on their laptops, and drinking coffee. Jun notices that some of the desks are messy. 'It's always so chaotic here,' Katrin explains with a laugh. 'But that's part of our creative process.' Jun is unsure if he likes the chaotic work environment, but he wants to think positively.

Plötzlich ruft Herr Albrecht, der Investor, an. Katrin spricht mit ihm und wirkt gestresst. 'Ja, Herr Albrecht, wir arbeiten hart daran, die App weiterzuentwickeln', sagt sie. Nach dem Telefonat seufzt sie und sagt zu Deniz: 'Wir müssen schneller vorankommen. Herr Albrecht ist nicht sehr geduldig.' Deniz nickt und verspricht, sich mehr anzustrengen.

Suddenly, Mr. Albrecht, the investor, calls. Katrin speaks with him and looks stressed. 'Yes, Mr. Albrecht, we are working hard to further develop the app,' she says. After the call, she sighs and says to Deniz, 'We need to make faster progress. Mr. Albrecht is not very patient.' Deniz nods and promises to work harder.

Jun bekommt seinen ersten Auftrag: Er soll die Präsentation für ein wichtiges Meeting vorbereiten. Er ist froh, dass er etwas zu tun hat, aber er ist auch ein bisschen nervös. 'Keine Sorge, Jun', sagt Katrin. 'Wir sind alle hier, um dir zu helfen.' Jun fängt an, die Präsentation zu erstellen und fragt Deniz nach einigen technischen Details.

Jun receives his first task: he is to prepare the presentation for an important meeting. He is glad to have something to do, but he is also a bit nervous. 'Don't worry, Jun,' says Katrin. 'We're all here to help you.' Jun starts creating the presentation and asks Deniz about some technical details.

Am Nachmittag macht Jun eine Pause und geht in die Küche, um sich einen Tee zu machen. Dort trifft er auf Katrin, die gerade Kaffee nachfüllt. 'Wie gefällt es dir bisher bei uns?', fragt sie. Jun lächelt und sagt: 'Es ist anders, als ich es erwartet habe, aber ich denke, ich kann hier viel lernen.' Katrin lächelt zurück und sagt: 'Das freut mich zu hören. Wir sind froh, dich im Team zu haben.'

In the afternoon, Jun takes a break and goes to the kitchen to make himself some tea. There he meets Katrin, who is just refilling her coffee. 'How do you like it here so far?' she asks. Jun smiles and says, 'It's different from what I expected, but I think I can learn a lot here.' Katrin smiles back and says, 'I'm glad to hear that. We're happy to have you on the team.'
